Recently discharged Marine sniper John Stewart is at a crossroads in his life, one which is only complicated by receiving an extraterrestrial ring which grants him the powers of the Green Lantern of Earth. Adventure,Animation,Sci-Fi What they're doing is trying to take as many of the Caucasian male heroes as they can out of the running, without pissing off fans too much (at least that's WB's mindset). So that means Hal Jordan (the greatest Lantern and BEST Lantern) will now be replaced with John Stewart, next will be the Flash, and Hawkgirl will replace Hawkman (and so on and so on, but you get it). They know at the very least they have to keep Batman and Superman, but be prepared for a watered down version of both with more focus on John Stewart, Cyborg, Wonder Woman, basically anyone but the Caucasian male heroes. We all loved the DCAU and of course the 90's animated series and connected movies, but the Tomorrowverse (as they're calling it) will be a shadow of it's former self. Thes movies are geared towards the highly woke crowd and it's only going to get worse from here (just look what they did to Hawkman in the live action Black Adam movie). It's over DC fans, Jerry Siegel and Bob Kane are rolling in their graves. These characters were created to represent the best of America and humanity, now they're used for political purposes and to push Marxist ideals (the complete opposite of what they were created for... hell Lex Luthor would love the new DC Universe).
